Locmariaquer

10 minutes from Auray and la Trinité sur Mer, this charming little village is worth a visit before or after your cruise on board of Vedettes l’Angélus. From our pier at Port du Guilvin, you can take the costal path to walk to Locmariaquer’s marina and visit the village.

From Locmariaquer, Vedettes l’Angelus operates no less than 6 different daily cruises between April 5 th and September 30 th (cruises n° 1 to 6). In July and August, we have additional cruises including crossings to the islands of Houat and Hoëdic out at sea. Contact us for cruises during the low and mid seasons.

Back in your car, you can head for the local Megalithic site where you’ll see the worldwide biggest menhir “The broken Grand Menhir” and the Table des Marchand Menhir. A reduced rate applies for holders of Vedettes de l’Angelus tickets. Nearby, there are more megalithic monuments to see with the “Pierres Plates” dolmen and the Er-Grah burial mound.

You can also stop at the oyster farms and take the opportunity to sample some delicious local oysters.
